Meeting and Working with Angels

The time will be spent introducing you to Angels. Some of you may already be aware of Angels around you, some of you think you might know they are there, for some of you they are no more than characters in the Bible or other stories and seemingly have no relevance to you in this physical life.

We will be learning about Angels and Arch Angels and how they may help us with our daily lives. We will learn how to recognise signs from the Angelic Realm. We will learn how to find the space to be able to communicate with our own personal Angel or Angels. We will learn how life can appear ‘different’ just knowing that Angels surround us.

We will have a meditation during which you will invite your angel to make itself known to you. There is nothing quite like the feeling that comes when you know that you do not walk through this life alone.

Yoga

A gentle yoga session paying particular attention to the Charkas of the body. Chakras transmit energy. We will use physical stimulus to awaken and move energy, Helping to balance all the major systems and glands of the body.

Lymphatic Drainage

This practical session will help you to clear your lymphatic system using Aromatherapy oils. This will help clear and flush your body and prepare it to fight winter colds and infection. The lymphatic system is responsible for clearing waste ( dead cells, excess fluids ) from the body. It is a very gentle massage technique which you will be able to practice at home.

Please bring a large towel.

A cost of £2 to cover the cost of a bottle and aromatherapy oils is payable on the day. ( you will then have plenty of oil to use at home )
